Predictive Accuracy of Cell Death Assays

IN SELECT SOLID TUMOR TYPES
The following data compilation of 659 patients
from 21 peer reviewed published articles in select solid tumor
types establish the positive predictive accuracy of cell death
assays at 77.0% and negative predictive accuracies of 87.9%.
This breakdown reveals compelling evidence that assay directed
therapies could improve response rates, time to progression
and survival.
